New: Fall of man

In Genesis 3 we read about the fall of humanity. The seduction of people then works just as it does today for many people. The adversary of God appears in the form of a snake in the Garden of Eden with a cunning seduction tactic in verse 1: "Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?" First doubts about God's Word are dispelled and then humanity is lied to:"And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil." Wanting to be like God, that's what the devil wanted when he rose against God and people want that again and again today. We can still clearly feel the consequences of this first sin of the people in times of "Corona". But thank God there is a way out in Jesus Christ, the Son of God (John 3,16).
By the way: Interesting, that the original snake actually had four legs, as shown in a published study on July 24, 2015 in the science magazine Science. The fossilized remains of the snake can also be examined in a Bavarian museum in Solnhofen. Once again, God's Word is right and the fossils are silent witnesses of a world before the deluge. Google for "four-legged snake". Incidentally, the presentation of the Fall was revised with a "four-legged snake" and "real" people. I hope that nobody has to be offended because Adam and Eve are naked...
